About me

Roland specialises in business law in a broad sense. As a result, he has a wide variety of companies among his clients, from small to large, from home and abroad.

The largest part of Roland’s practice consists of national and international commercial and business law. He deals with product liability at home and abroad, national and international commercial disputes, intellectual property rights, national and international contracts, and national and international M&A. He also has a great deal of experience with national and international joint ventures and other forms of cooperation between companies and in the non-profit sector and assists family offices.

Furthermore, Roland handles labour disputes between employers and employees, often with complicated factual or legal aspects, and assists in national and international corporate reorganisations. In addition, he is involved in corona-related issues, for instance regarding tenancy agreements.

Roland recognizes the importance of collaboration. Thus, he frequently acts as a counsel of the management board or management team at holding level and as a legal coordinator of the national and international operating companies of groups. He is used to collaborate with technical, financial and tax specialists

when dealing with issues that require a multidisciplinary approach. Moreover, thanks to his international contacts in approximately 30 countries, Roland is able to assist his clients abroad.
