About me

Boudewijn specialises in spatial planning law, expropriation law, and environmental law. He advices contractors, property developers, housing associations, and healthcare institutions on land acquisition for development of construction and other projects. The emphasis is on aspects pertaining to public law: a myriad of regulations imposed by both central and local governments. In case of judicial expropriation proceedings, he mostly represents the person whose property is expropriated.

In environmental law cases, Boudewijn advices chemical and other companies on environmental permit requirements and enforcement.
