About me

Jeroen is a salary partner and heads the Employment Law team. He advices on numerous matters, such as complex dismissal cases, national and international reorganizations, employee participation and violation of working conditions regulations. He also engages in public service law. Because earlier in his career he also gained experience in commercial and business law, Jeroen is the ideal sparring partner for entrepreneurs in issues at the interface between employment and business law. Jeroen not only provides his services to employers, but he also frequently acts for employees as well.

Apart from employment law, Jeroen engages in criminal law. Within this specialism, he represents suspects and accused in traffic and economic defences.

“I feel that it is important to empathise with the situation of my clients and take that as a basis when trying to solve the legal puzzle. And even though we try to avoid going to court, representing my clients at a hearing and arguing a case are two of the most wonderful aspects of my profession.”

In cases with international aspects, Jeroen frequently works with foreign partners. He is able to express himself well in English, Spanish and German.
