About me

Jeroen van Kollenburg is a salary partner at our firm and is head of the employment law section. Jeroen has worked as an attorney at law for Asselbergs & Klinkhamer Advocaten since January 1997, initially in general practice with a focus on commercial and corporate law and criminal law. During this period, Jeroen gained much experience in conducting legal proceedings. Today, Jeroen handles mainly cases concerning employment law and criminal law (traffic law). Jeroen successfully completed an employment specialisation course (PALA) in the spring of 2008. In his employment practice, he focuses on providing legal advice to companies on dismissal cases, reorganisations and co-determination law. Jeroen also handles cases concerning (semi) public service law, focusing on education law.
