About me

Yannick specialises in property and business law. He advises on the creation of partnerships, but also handles shareholder disputes and other disputes within companies. Furthermore, he advices and litigates on contracts, general terms and conditions, directors’ and officers’ liability, debt collection processes and attachments.

Yannick mostly acts for companies, entrepreneurs, and investors, but also private individuals. He is passionate about his profession and dedicated to his customers.
