About me

Renata worked as a legal professional at several municipalities in the Dutch province of Brabant for many years. As a result, she has extensive knowledge of the municipal organisation and rules. In 2013, Renata made the switch-over to a law firm. She has been part of the Property Law team of AK since 2020.

Renata specialises in environmental and planning law. She deals with zoning plans, construction, planning blight, permits, enforcement, environment, and nature. Renata’s specific areas of specialisation that she frequently advices and litigates on are wind power and planning blight because of wind turbines.

Renata acts both for private individuals and companies. She also represents authorities. To Renata, it is particularly important to establish a good, personal, and honest relationship with her clients. She is accessible and always looking for practical and creative solutions.
